She kissed him and he kissed her back. It didn't last long and when they pulled away he wouldn't look at her.

"Don't be a coward."

He raised his eyes like she knew he would. "I'm not hiding, but this is awkward."

"Is it?" She raised an eyebrow.

"I don't love you."

"So what?" She unbuttoned her shirt and let it hand loosely over her shoulders, showing her lavender brassier.

He didn't say anything but he was looking at her chest.

"This is about lust, Quatre, not love." She unzipped her skirt and let her pool at her ankles. She stepped out, maintaining a careful balance in her high heals. "Life isn't a romantic novel."

"Or a porn movie," he replied, not trying to hide the way he was looking at her.

"No," she agreed, and unbuttoned his shirt. He didn't protest. "This is sex. Plain and simple."

He chuckled. "Nothing is plain and simple with you, Dorothy."

"I guess not." She took off her shirt and then gave him a challenging look.

"I guess not," he repeated, and then pulled her to him and kissed her. She kissed him back.
